I've heard eggs are good for you,...Excellent post. I've heard eggs are good for you, though, despite the cholesterol. And be careful with the soy intake, there's a lot of controversy surrounding it. Some studies suggest too much soy is linked to fertility issues in both men and women (something in soy imitating estrogen, and messing with the hormones).
